BemusedA client asked for a cooler with sample bottles for the drinking water system at his glacier viewing lodge. When asked if he would need ice packs to keep his samples cool for the return trip, he responded with "oh, no, we've got plenty of ice." When the cooler returned in the mail, we opened it to find that he had included an actual chunk of glacier with his samples.
Needless to say, I lol'd.
